Resolved: Adobe Reader XI Compatibility

Issues with submission of PDF Application Packages using Adobe Reader XI have been resolved. Applicants are now able to fill out, save and submit application packages using Adobe Reader XI.

However, application packages downloaded before March 5 are not compatible with Adobe XI.

It is recommended that applicants who downloaded application packages prior to March 5 choose one of the following options when submitting their application:

• Submit their current package using with Adobe 10.1.4
• Re-download the package and submit using Adobe 11.0.2
